The Challenge
TerraThreads had a loyal but small customer base and a 3.8% email open rate on a stagnant list of 2,400 subscribers. Their Meta ROAS had dropped to 1.9x due to audience saturation and iOS attribution changes.
Our Solution
We introduced a three-layer Meta strategy: broad creative testing at the top, lookalike audiences mid-funnel, and a dynamic product catalogue for retargeting. In parallel, we rebuilt their email flows — welcome series, post-purchase, win-back — and introduced weekly campaigns with segmentation by purchase history. Cart abandonment was addressed with a 3-step SMS + email sequence.
