A Manchester restaurant group needed to drive direct reservations and build brand awareness without relying on third-party platforms. We ran an influencer campaign paired with paid social — delivering 3.1x ROAS.
The Challenge
Ember & Salt's three locations were paying over £2,000/month in commissions to booking platforms and had no owned audience. Their Instagram had 1,200 followers with minimal engagement and no paid media in place.
Our Solution
We identified and partnered with 8 Manchester-based food and lifestyle micro-influencers (12K–80K followers) for a 6-week campaign. Each creator produced authentic dining content linked to a direct booking page. We amplified top-performing posts through paid Meta campaigns targeting local dining-intent audiences, and tracked all reservations back to specific creators and ad sets.
