The challenge

NovoProp had a 90-day window to prove ROI before their marketing budget was reviewed. Their previous agency had run broad Google campaigns with a cost-per-lead of AED 1,200 and poor lead quality. Most contacts weren't serious buyers.

Our solution

We restructured their Google Ads campaigns around high-intent property keywords segmented by community, price range, and buyer type (investor vs end-user). We built dedicated landing pages for each campaign segment with WhatsApp CTA integration. A retargeting layer via Meta re-engaged visitors who hadn't converted within 48 hours.
