The Challenge

Apex Roofing's marketing manager was manually pulling reports from three ad platforms every week, spending 14+ hours building spreadsheets. There was no way to see blended ROAS, compare channel performance, or make fast budget decisions. Meanwhile, their campaigns were under-optimised due to slow feedback loops.

Our Solution

We took over campaign management across Google Local Service Ads, Meta, and Nextdoor — restructuring audiences, ad copy, and bidding strategies. In parallel, we built a Claude-powered reporting dashboard that pulls live data from all three platform APIs, calculates blended ROAS, flags underperforming ad sets, and generates a plain-English weekly summary using Claude — automatically delivered every Monday morning.
