The Challenge

Our Solution
We built a Claude-powered quoting agent that guides website visitors through a structured conversation — asking about move size, origin, destination, floor access, and preferred date. Based on the answers, the agent provides an instant ballpark estimate and either books a video survey appointment or explains why the job falls outside service parameters.
