The Challenge

Atlas received enquiries from students across South America, South Asia, and the Middle East who expected fast answers in their own language. The admissions coordinator was spending 5 hours a day answering repetitive questions about course dates, fees, visa letters, and accommodation — leaving no time for actual enrolments.

Our Solution

We built a Claude-powered admissions agent that detects the student's language and responds fluently in English, Spanish, Arabic, Hindi, Portuguese, or French. The agent guides prospective students through course options based on their level and goals, provides fee information, explains the visa letter process, and captures their details into the school's CRM. Students who express strong intent are flagged for a follow-up call from the admissions team.
