Overview

The challenge

HBS warehouse employees were manually tracking shipments and stock with no real-time visibility, leading to picking errors, mislinked boxes, and slow inventory updates that impacted fulfilment speed.

Our solution

We built HBS-Connect, a native Android app with secure login, real-time order picking, box registration linked to shipment records, and live stock editing. The app synchronises instantly with the warehouse backend via REST APIs, giving staff and managers accurate, up-to-the-minute inventory data.
