The challenge

The firm was struggling to accurately track employee hours across a distributed team, leading to payroll discrepancies, inaccurate billing, and no visibility into productivity trends.

Our solution

We built a Windows desktop application with real-time clock-in/out, break tracking, customisable report generation, and interactive dashboards using LiveCharts. The intuitive interface minimised the learning curve, and detailed analytics gave managers visibility into hours, overtime, and project time at a glance.
