The Challenge
Mirador Realty's 12-agent team was manually posting listings across Bayut and Property Finder and paying AED 800–2,000 per listing. Leads came through generic contact forms with no context, resulting in agents wasting time chasing unqualified enquiries.
Our Solution
We built a full property listing platform with filterable search by community, price range, bedrooms, and property type. Individual property pages include photo galleries and floor plans. A lead capture system records the exact listing and search criteria a prospect was viewing. Agents get a CRM-style dashboard with all leads, their status, and follow-up history. WhatsApp Click-to-Chat is embedded on every listing.
