The Challenge
Lexbridge's 8 lawyers were managing 15–20 immigration cases each through email threads that were hard to track and legally risky for document sharing. Clients had no visibility into their case progress and called the office daily for updates — pulling lawyers away from billable work.
Our Solution
We built a secure client portal where each client logs in to see a personalised case timeline with completed and upcoming milestones. Clients upload required documents directly into the portal; lawyers review and approve them from an admin dashboard. All files are encrypted at rest and in transit. Automated notifications alert clients when their case moves to the next stage — eliminating update calls entirely.
