Custom LMS That Saved LearnLoop €14K/Year in Platform Fees
An Amsterdam e-learning startup was paying 10% of every course sale to a third-party platform with no way to customise the learner experience. We built a fully branded LMS — saving €14K in year one and giving them complete control.
The Challenge
LearnLoop had 12 professional development courses and was growing, but a 10% transaction fee was deeply cutting into margins. Equally frustrating was the inability to customise the learning experience — no branded certificates, no quiz logic, no learner progress tracking for B2B clients who needed reporting for their HR teams.
Our Solution
We built a complete LMS with video course player, chapter-by-chapter progress tracking, quiz engine with pass/fail logic, auto-generated branded PDF certificates, and Stripe-powered payments. Instructors have a dashboard to manage content, view enrolment stats, and export completion reports. B2B clients get a separate portal to monitor their team's training progress for compliance and HR purposes.
