One Dashboard for All Orders — Bloom & Basket Florist
A small Edinburgh florist was manually copying orders from Square POS, Deliveroo, and their website into a spreadsheet every morning — taking 2 hours a day and causing missed orders. We integrated all three into a single live order dashboard.
The Challenge
Bloom & Basket had grown to three revenue channels but no way to see them together. The owner spent the first two hours of every day consolidating orders from different tabs and apps. During busy periods like Valentine's Day, orders were being missed entirely, costing the business repeat customers.
Our Solution
We built a unified order management dashboard that pulls live orders from Square POS, Deliveroo, and their website contact form via API. All orders appear in one view with status tracking, customer details, and delivery time. The owner gets a WhatsApp notification for every new order regardless of which platform it came from. At end of day, the system auto-exports a revenue summary by channel.
